YAAHHOOOO! YAAHOOOO! YAAHHOOOO! Did you hear that crazy lady shouting at the top of her lungs?! Well, that was me! We finally got word yesterday after speaking with the IRS that our adoption tax credit return is finally in the mail! We have been waiting 4 months to receive it. Don't get me wrong we know without a doubt that money does NOT buy you happiness, at least not for very long . It is just that having this return means so much to our family and hopefully (we have plans to) we can use it for something good.
Please know that it is not about the money. When we set out on the journey to bring Dane home we had not idea that we would be getting a adoption tax return like this. Even with out it we would have brought our son home...we would do it forever and ever over no matter what the cost.
Thank you God for the reminder that when we do what you ask us, you will take care of us always! Thank you too for the beautiful blessing of our amazing son!
