Our final fundraiser: Food and Fire

There are 163 million orphans worldwide - here is your chance to help two of them!!

We have reached the final step in our adoption process! We are waiting for our TA (the phone call telling us to make plans to go get our daughter).  This is great news as we expect our TA in 2-3 weeks. It also means that we need to get the rest of our funds in order soon. We are so close to being fully funded, we need just $5000 more. I know this may seem like a lot but we serve a big God who can make it happen!!

I know we have done a few fundraisers and it is our hope that we have not "burned" any of you out. If we have, please accept our apologies. Fundraising is not easy for us. Asking for money is even harder. It is a very humbling experience. By giving you have helped a beautiful girl to be soon united with her forever family...she will be orphan no more!!

Our final fundraiser is fast approaching. We will be doing a benefit dinner with our very dear friends, Ethan and Jami. They are in the middle stage of their adoption and in need of several thousand more dollars. The dinner will be on Friday, June 1st from 5-8pm at our church. Since we are doing this dinner with our friends it gives you the chance to help not one, but two children be united with their forever families!!! If you need more details on our dinner let me know. Or if you cannot make it to the dinner but still want to help you can donate via the ChipIn on my blog, it is on the upper right. No dollar amount is too small!! Help us bring our children home $1 at a time!!
